摘要
市场经济水平的提升为建筑业的发展夯实了基础,尤其是BIM技术与装配式建筑的完美融合,成为建筑业关注的焦点,同时也是该行业发展的必然趋势。与发达国家相比,我国装配式建筑起步较晚,还处于发展的初级阶段,同时又受到诸多因素的制约。而将BIM技术运用于装配式建筑当中,可充分运用BIM技术所具备的信息集成优势,可确保建筑项目设计、施工及运营维护实现一体化。
The improvement of market economy lays a solid foundation for the development of the construction industry,especially the perfect integration of BIM technology and prefabricated building,and the focus of the construction industry.Compared with developed countries,prefabricated buildings started late in the early stage of development and restricted by many factors.However,the advantages of BIM technology can be fully used to ensure the integration of construction project design,construction,operation and maintenance.
