摘要
依托开阳高速公路改扩建工程,在南方多雨地区“零坡段”应用了PAC-13排水路面。采用密度试验分析了2.36mm通过率对PAC-13沥青混合料空隙率的影响,采用渗水、车辙、密度、马歇尔稳定度和浸水飞散试验评价了PAC-13沥青混合料的性能,采用车辙试验、浸水飞散试验、3m直尺测试平整度方法、沥青路面渗水系数测试方法和摆式仪测试路面摩擦系数方法分析了不同碾压工艺的PAC-13路面路用性能。试验结果表明:PAC-13沥青混合料具有良好的高温、力学、排水和水稳定性能,级配曲线2.36mm的合理通过率为17.3%,合理碾压工艺为13t双钢轮压路机紧跟静压4遍(初压)+温度低于70℃时30t胶轮压路机1台2遍(复压)+13t双钢轮压路机1台静压1遍(终压)。工程验证表明,PAC-13排水路面可较好地解决“零坡段”积水问题。
Being relied on Kaiyang Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project,PAC-13 drainage pavement has been applied in the"zero slope section"of the rainy area of South China.The density test has beenadopted to study the influence of 2.36 mm pass rate on void ratio of PAC-13 asphalt mixture.The water seepage test,rutting test,density test,Marshall stability test and immersion scattering test have been carried out to evaluate the performance of PAC-13 asphalt mixture.Rutting test,immersion scattering test,3 m ruler test flatness method,asphalt pavement permeability coefficient test method and pendulum have been conducted to evaluate the performance of PAC-13 asphalt mixture under different rolling patterns,as well as measuring friction coefficient of the pavement byformula meter.The results have shown that PAC-13 asphalt mixture has good high temperature,mechanics,drainage and water stability.The reasonable pass rate of the 2.36 mm gradation curve is 17.3%.The reasonable rolling process is that the 13 t double steel wheel roller closely followed by 4 timesstatic pressure(initial pressure)+1 set of 30 t rubber roller rollers when the temperature is lower than 70℃,2 times(recompression)+1 set of 13 t double drum rollers static pressure 1 pass(final pressure).The application in"Zero-Slope Section"at Kaiyang Expressway Project has verified that the PAC-13 drainage pavement can better solve the problem of water accumulation in the"Zero-Slope Section".
