摘要
对接产业链发展的地方高校学科群建设有利于服务区域经济发展、促进学科内涵式建设、对标科技成果转化、聚焦复合型高端人才培养。探讨学科群建设应坚持需求导向、开放多元、有机融合、重点支持、强化特色、创新引领六大原则;提出按照培养产业化的学科人才、构建高水平的研究团队、建立完善的管理机制、采取行之有效的合作模式四个方面的建设思路及策略。
The construction of discipline groups of local colleges and universities connected with the development of industrial chain is conducive to serving regional economic development,promoting discipline connotation construction,benchmarking the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and focusing on the cultivation of compound high-end people.The construction of discipline group should adhere to the six principles of demand orientation,openness and diversity,organic integration,key support,strengthening characteristics and innovation guidance,and put forward corresponding construction strategies according to the construction ideas of cultivating industrialized discipline talents,building high-level research team,establishing perfect management mechanism and adopting effective cooperation mode.
