紧密赛络纺低捻纱的工艺及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究紧密赛络纺低捻纱的工艺与性能,通过改变捻系数、配棉和附加假捻器纺制11.662tex紧密赛络纺低捻纱,并进行条干均匀度、拉伸强力和毛羽等性能测试。结果表明:低捻纱除在锭速和钢丝圈选择上与正常捻纱线有一定的差别外,其性能还与捻系数、配棉成分以及是否附加假捻器有关;长绒棉含量越高,低捻纱性能越好;捻系数越高,低捻纱断裂强力越大,毛羽越少;假捻器对长绒棉的作用效果优于细绒棉,对减少紧密赛络纺低捻纱的毛羽有较大的作用,假捻器对不同配棉、不同细纱捻系数的低捻纱的拉伸强力和条干均匀度影响不显著。 For studying the spinning technology and properties of compact siro spun low twist yarn,by changing the twist factor,spinning cotton assorting cotton blending and with false twist equipment for 11.662 tex low twist yarn.Through testing and comparing the yarn properties of tensile strength,hairiness and evenness,it was found that:The low twist yarn technics ring,such as spindle speed have the certain difference with normal twist yarn,especially in spindle speed and ring size.The more Island cotton blends,the better the performance of low-twist yarn.The higher the twist factor,the higher the yarn strength,the less the hairiness.The effect of false twist equipment on Island cotton is better than that of upland cotton.The false twist equipment can obviously reduce hairiness of compact siro low twist yarn.The effect of false twister on the tensile strength and evenness of low twist yarn with different cotton and spinning twist coefficient is not significant.
