中国数字经济发展的空间格局与演化——基于2013—2019年经验数据分析

Spatial Patternand Evolution of China’s Digital Economy Development--An Analysis on Empirical Data of 2013-2019

在利用Critic客观权重赋权法测算数字经济发展水平的基础上,运用探索性空间统计方法,分析我国数字经济发展的空间格局及演化特征,研究发现:2013—2019年,我国数字经济DE指数逐年上升,东中西部数字经济发展水平呈现出与经济发展水平相一致的变化趋势,全国30个省市数字经济发展指数从高到低可以划分为四个梯队。我国数字经济发展具有明显的空间依赖性和空间集聚特征。因此,要基于各省市数字经济发展基础,采取差异化战略充分发挥数字经济的空间集聚效应和扩散效应,促进数字经济均衡化发展,提升我国数字经济整体水平。

On the basis of measuring digital economy development level with the method of Critic objective weighting,this article analyzed spatial pattern and evolutionary character of China’s digital economy development by using exploratory spatial statistical method.The study found that China’s Digital Economy DE Index ascends year by year from 2013 to 2019,China’s east-central-west regions digital economy development is keeping with economy development,and 30 provinces or cities in China can be divided into four echelons according to the Digital Economy Development Index.China’s digital economy development is characterized by spatial dependence and spatial agglomeration.Therefore,China should adopt differentiation strategy based on the foundation of digital economy development of different provinces and cities,give full play to spatial agglomeration effect and diffusion effect,promote the balanced development of digital economy,and improve the overall level of digital economy.
