社会资本和农户满意度视角下的科普服务减贫效果研究——基于中介效应检验模型的实证分析 被引量:1

Poverty Reduction Effect of Science Popularization Services from the Perspective of Social Capital and Farmers’Satisfaction——A Research Based on Mediation Effect Test

摘要 科普服务凭借良好的减贫效果以及有效抑制贫困人口返贫的作用,对全面脱贫后缓解相对贫困和实现乡村振兴具有重大意义。本研究基于陕西省的596份数据,采用OLS回归模型,探究了社会资本和农户满意度对科普服务减贫效果的影响,并探索了其作用机制。研究表明:(1)科普服务的减贫效果以及农户对科普服务的满意度良好;(2)农户满意度对于科普服务的收入减贫效果以及多维减贫效果具有显著的正向影响;(3)社会关系网络对收入减贫效果和多维减贫效果均具有显著的正向影响,而信任仅对多维减贫效果有显著的正向影响;(4)社会资本可以直接作用于科普服务的减贫效果,也可以通过影响科普服务满意度间接提升科普服务的减贫效果。本文提出培育农户社会资本和提升农户满意度建议,以实现缓解相对贫困的目标。 Science popularization services is significant to the current relative poverty reduction and the realization of rural revitalization because of the good poverty reduction effect and the function that it can effectively restrain the poor people from returning to poverty.Based on 596 data from Shaanxi Province,the research uses OLS regression model to study the impact of social capital and farmers’satisfaction on poverty reduction effect of science popularization services,and examines the working mechanism.The research shows that:(1)The poverty reduction effect of science popularization services and farmers’satisfaction with science popularization services are good;(2)Farmers’satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the income poverty reduction effect and multidimensional poverty reduction effect of science popularization services;(3)The social network has a significant positive impact on both the income poverty reduction effect and the multidimensional pover reduction,While trust only has a significant positive impact on multidimensional poverty reuclction effect.(4)Social capital can improve the poverty reduction effect of popular science services by affecting the satisfaction of popular science services.Based on the research results,the research puts forward the following suggestions:cultivating farmers’social capital and improving farmers’satisfaction to achieve the goal of alleviating relative poverty.
