蛋白核小球藻对罗非鱼生长性能及沉积物氮、磷和有机质含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Chlorella pyrenoidosa on growth performance and the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and organic matter in sediments during Oreochromis niloticus breeding

摘要 为了探究不同浓度的蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)对吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)生长性能和沉积物氮磷的影响,本试验根据小球藻的添加量0、50、500和5000 mL分为对照组(NC)、低浓度组(LC)、中浓度组(MC)和高浓度组(HC)4个组,每组3个重复,选取初始体重为(14.18±0.93)g的吉富罗非鱼,随机在1000 L的圆形聚乙烯桶中进行室外养殖试验,在桶中加水800 L,饲养50 d,每个重复30尾鱼,测定生长性能和沉积物氮磷含量。结果显示:蛋白核小球藻能显著提升罗非鱼的全长、体长、增重率、特定生长率和体重绝对增长率;对初始均重和成活率而言,在各处理组之间没有显著差异,但终末平均体重之间差异显著;添加小球藻可以显著降低沉积物总量及氮、磷含量和有机污染指数。结果表明:小球藻可以改善罗非鱼的生长性能,降低沉积物总氮、总磷和有机质的产生量。 Nitrogen and phosphorus of sediment were studied in this research to reveal the effects of different concentrations of Chlorella pyrenoidosa on the growth performance of Oreochromis niloticus.According to the Chlorella supplemental levels of 0,50,500 and 5 000 mL,the experiment was divided into control group(NC),low concentration group(LC),medium concentration(MC) and high concentration group(HC),each group of three repetitions.The initial body weight of(14.18±0.93) g tilapia was prepared, and randomly divided into each 30 tail fish.A breeding experiment was carried out in 1 000 L circular polyethylene barrels outdoors, 800 L of water was added in barrels.The fish were fed for 50 days, the growth performance, nitrogen and phosphorus content in the sediments were measured. The results showed that Chlorella pyrenoidosa could significantly increase the total length, body length, weight gainning rate, specific growth rate and absolute growth rate of body weight of tilapia.There was no significant difference in the initial average weight and survival rate among all treatment groups.Still, there were significant differences in the final average weight among all treatment groups.The addition of Chlorella could significantly reduce the weight of sediment, the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and the organic pollution index.The results showed that Chlorella could improve the growth performance of tilapia and reduce the yield of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and organic matter in sediments.
