摘要
在阐明“食育”基本概念的基础上,通过系统性梳理日本食育实施体系和实践发展状况,提出从进一步完善食育制度建设和顶层设计、构建以学校教育为重点的食育教学体系、建立多社会主体参与下的综合食育模式等方面推进中国食育事业全面发展。
The implementation system and practical development of food education in Japan was systematically introduced,and an all-round development proposal of food education in China was put forward,including further improving the construction and top-level design of food education system,building a food education teaching system focusing on school education and establishing a comprehensive food education model with the participation of multiple social subjects.
