基于全基因组重测序对不同鸭遗传资源进行群体结构分析 被引量:5

摘要 为探究我国部分地方鸭遗传资源的群体结构,本研究以国家级水禽基因库(福建)15个鸭遗传资源为实验材料,通过全基因组重测序,分析其群体结构。通过PCA分析、群体结构分析、系统发育树分析发现,15个鸭遗传资源的遗传分化结果相似,系统发育树结果显示麻旺鸭单独聚为一类,攸县麻鸭、山麻鸭和缙云麻鸭聚为一类;连城白鸭、莆田白鸭和莆田黑鸭聚为一类;三穗鸭和金定鸭聚为一类;绍兴鸭、吉安红毛鸭、龙胜翠鸭、中山麻鸭、巢湖鸭聚为一类,褐色菜鸭单独聚为一类。本研究对我国15个鸭遗传资源进行了遗传结构分析,为获取我国地方鸭遗传资源间的遗传信息和遗传关系提供了更准确的依据。 To explore the population structure of duck genetic resources in some parts of my country,in this study,15 duck genetic resources from the National Waterfowl Gene Bank(Fujian)were used as experimental materials,and their population structure was analyzed by re-sequencing the whole genome.Through PCA analysis,population structure analysis,and phylogenetic tree analysis,it was found that the genetic differentiation results of 15 duck genetic resources were similar.The results of the phylogenetic tree showed that the Mawang duck were grouped into a single group.Jinyun partridge duck,Youxian partridge duck and Shan partridge duck were grouped together;Liancheng white duck,Putian white duck and Putian black duck were grouped together;Sansui duck and Jinding duck were grouped together;Shaoxing duck,Ji'an Red duck,Longsheng Cui duck,Zhongshan partridge duck and Chaohu ducks were grouped together.This study conducted a genetic structure analysis of 15 duck genetic resources in my country,and provided a more accurate basis for obtaining genetic information and genetic relationships among domestic duck breeds in our country.
