机械成孔检测仪原理及计量校准方法探讨

摘要 机械成孔检测仪是用于检测灌注桩成孔质量的测量设备,被广泛应用于交通工程灌注桩成孔的孔径、孔深、垂直度和沉渣厚度等参数检测,其工作性能和计量特性直接关系着测量结果的准确性,而测量结果对水工建筑物中基桩的质量与安全有直接影响。通过梳理国内相关技术规范,对机械成孔检测仪的特性进行了计量研究,目的是为了更精准的对其进行计量校准。根据有关规范中关于成孔质量检验标准及仪器的技术要求、仪器检测原理,提出了检测量值准确可靠的物理量,作为仪器的计量特性。文章中的机械成孔检测仪主要性能参数为几何量计量学的研究范畴,可采用直接测量的校准方法并选取满足量传比的计量标准器,对仪器的示值误差进行评定。 As a measuring instrument for detecting the hole-forming quality by the bored piles,the machine hole-forming detector has been widely applied to the field of traffic engineering in testing such parameters as the hole size,hole deflection,hole depth and sediment thickness by bored piles and large diameter pile foundation.The performance and metering characteristics of this detector are directly connected with the accuracy of the measurement results.This paper starts by combing relevant domestic technical specifications and tries to conduct a quantitative study on the characteristics of the machine hole-forming detector so as to explore more about this detector.From these collected technical specifications,the paper combs the hole-forming quality detecting standards and general requirements by some instruments,analyzes relevant detecting principles,and extracts physical quantities that are accurate and reliable in the detecting process as the metering characteristics.Then it carries out the study by concluding the primary performance parameters of the machine hole-forming detector as the geometry metrology,adopts the calibration method of direct measurement and selects a measurement standard device that satisfies the volume transmission ratio so as to evaluate the instrument′s error of indication.
