4个生姜品种的品比试验 被引量:2

Analyses on Agronomic Traits,Active Compound Contents and Antioxidant Activities of Four Ginger Cultivars

摘要 以凤头姜、竹根姜、山东大姜、安丘小黄姜为供试品种,分析了不同生姜品种间农艺性状、活性成分含量、抗氧化活性的差异以及各指标间的相关性。结果表明:不同生姜品种的农艺性状差异较大,风头姜的平均根茎长度和鲜重均显著低于其他3个品种;凤头姜根茎的总酚、总黄酮、姜辣素等活性成分含量在4个品种中均为最高值;其姜精油含量仅次于竹根姜的,二者间无显著性差异;4个生姜品种对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除率均表现为凤头姜>山东大姜>竹根姜>安丘小黄姜;不同生姜品种的DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率与其总酚、总黄酮及姜辣素的含量均为正相关,而与大部分农艺性状均表现为负相关。 Agronomic traits,active compound contents and antioxidant activities of‘Fengtou’ginger,‘Zhugen’ginger,‘Shandong’giant ginger and‘Anqiu’small yellow ginger were analyzed.Results show that agronomic traits of different cultivars vary greatly.‘Fengtou’ginger is significantly lower than three other cultivars in the average rhizome length and fresh weight.The contents of total phenols,total flavonoids,and gingerols in the rhizomes of‘Fengtou’ginger are the highest in all the four cultivars,and its ginger essential oil content is only lower than‘Zhugen’ginger’s,not reaching a significant difference.The scavenging activity of the four ginger cultivars to DPPH and ABTS free radicals was in the order as follows:‘Fengtou’ginger>‘Shandong’giant ginger>‘Zhugen’ginger>‘Anqiu’small yellow ginger.The radical-scavenging activity of ginger cultivars is positively correlated with the contents of total phenols,total flavonoids and gingerols,and is negatively correlated with most of their agronomic traits.
