摘要
为了筛选抑制玉铃铛枣嫩芽的最佳生长调节剂及其使用浓度,以便制定方便快捷的抹芽方案,以玉铃铛新生枣芽为试材,研究了喷施不同浓度CCC和KMH对枣芽生长发育的影响。结果表明:喷施KMH对玉铃铛枣芽的抑制效果显著,但喷施CCC对玉铃铛新生枣芽的抑制效果不明显;喷施KMH的时期以4月30日为宜,5月13日喷药的抑制效果也较好;喷施KMH的浓度以4和3 mg/mL较好,喷施2周后芽停长比例都达100%,且芽增长量极显著低于CK。
In order to screen out the optimal growth regulator and appropriate concentration for suppressing tender bud growth of'Yulingdang'jujube and establish a convenient and quick scheme of bud wiping,effects of spraying different concentrations of CCC and KMH on the growth and development of the new buds of'Yulingdang'jujube were studied.The results showed that spraying KMH had a significant inhibitory effect on the jujube bud,but the inhibitory effect of spraying CCC was not obvious.Spraying KMH on April 30 had the best inhibitory effect,followed by spraying on May 13;when KMH was sprayed at 4 and 3 mg/mL,it produced the best inhibition effect,i.e.,the percentage of buds that stopped growing was 100%after 2 weeks,and the increment of buds growth was significantly lower than CK.
