摘要
大型武器装备结构复杂、技术集成度高、价值影响因素多,为解决传统价值评估方法不适用于大型武器装备价值评估的问题,构建了基于系统效能指数法的价值评估模型。首先,利用PSR模型构建了大型武器装备系统效能指数影响指标体系;然后,基于可拓学理论构建了物元评估模型,并通过组合赋权模型将判断矩阵法、最优权法、熵权法相结合获得综合权重;再通过计算综合关联度与级别变量特征值,进而得到待评估资产的系统效能指数,最终实现基于系统效能指数的大型武器装备资产价值评估;最后,通过算例验证了该评估模型的可行性和有效性。
Large-scale weapons and equipment have complex structures with features of high technology integration and many value-influencing factors.To solve the problem that traditional value evaluation methods are not suitable for the evaluation of large-scale weapons and equipment,a value evaluation model based on the system effectiveness index method is constructed.Firstly,the PSR model was used to construct a system of effectiveness index impact indicators.Then a matter-element evaluation model based on the extenics theory was built.Through the combination weighting model,the judgment matrix method,the optimal weight method and the entropy weight were combined to obtain the comprehensive weight;and then the system effectiveness index of the asset to be evaluated was obtained by calculating the comprehensive correlation degree and the characteristic value of the level variable,thus the value evaluation of the large weapon equipment asset based on the system efficiency index was realized.Finally,an example was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model.
