摘要
乙二胺四乙酸经分子内脱水可制得乙二胺四乙酸二酐(EDTAD),水解后得到乙二胺四乙酸单酐(EDTAA)。为了快速准确检测EDTAA的含量,高效分离EDTAD和EDTAA,建立了HPLC测定方法。鉴于EDTAD和EDTAA均易水解,采用衍生前处理法对EDTAA进行HPLC分析,分别用苯甲醇和苯胺对EDTAA衍生后的产物进样测试。结果表明:两种方法均能对EDTAA衍生产物进行准确定量,高效分离出EDTAD和EDTAA。
Ethylenediamine tetraacetic dianhydride(EDTAD)is prepared by intramolecular dehydration of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid.After hydrolysis,EDTAA is obtained.HPLC method was established for rapid and accurate determination of EDTAD and EDTAA.Since both EDTAD and EDTAA were easily hydrolyzed,the derivative pretreatment method was used for HPLC analysis of EDTAA.Benzyl alcohol and aniline were used to test EDTAA-derived products.The results show that both methods can accurately quantify EDTAA derivatives,with efficient separation of EDTAD and EDTAA.
