一种三相三开关管PFC电路工作过程及效率分析

摘要 针对传统有源功率因数校正电路控制复杂、效率不高等缺点,提出了一种控制简单、效率高达99%的三相三开关功率因素校正电路。首先,详细介绍了电路结构、工作过程以及控制方法,具体分析了电路拓扑的损耗,估算出电路拓扑效率高达99%以上;然后,利用Simulink平台进行了仿真,并搭建了60 kW实验平台。实验结果表明:30%以上负载的效率全部高于98%,且在额定负载达到98.97%;最后,通过仿真、实验以及与传统全控整流电路的比较,验证了所提电路拓扑具有效率高、稳定性好、功率因数高等优点。 In order to solve the problem of traditional active power factor correction circuit,which is complex in control and low in efficiency,a three-phase three switch power factor correction circuit with simple control and high efficiency up to 99%,was proposed.Firstly,the structure of the proposed circuit,circuit working process and control method were introduced in particular,and circuit loss calculation was analyzed in detail,with the deduced efficiency of proposed circuit greater than 99%.And then,the circuit working process was simulated using Simulink,with a 60 kW experimental prototype presented for validation purposes.Experimental results indicate that 98%efficiency is attained by proposed circuit at above 30%load,which is up to 98.97%at nominal load.Compared to traditional PWM control rectifier circuit,the advantages of proposed circuit are demonstrated,which is of higher efficiency,better stability and higher power factor.
