摘要
为解决陆军装备体系构建缺乏需求牵引、综合评价较为困难等问题,提出了基于从战略到任务-质量功能部署-改进灰色关联分析的装备体系能力需求分析与评价模型。将体系作战能力评价指标进行了分层与指标细化,在作战任务和装备体系作战能力评价指标间建立直接映射,对任务权重、指标权重,任务支撑度等内容进行了定量计算和综合分析,对美俄中三国陆军装备体系作战能力进行了定量与定性相结合的分析。研究结果可为陆军装备体系能力评价和装备发展提供参考。
In order to solve the problems such as the lack of requirement traction in army equipment system construction and the difficulty of comprehensive evaluation,the equipment system capability requirement analysis and evaluation model were put forward based on"Strategy to Task-Quality Function Deployment-Grey Relational Analysis".The evaluation indexes of system combat capability were layered and refined,and the direct mapping between the evaluation indexes of combat mission and equipment system combat capability was established.The quantitative calculation and comprehensive analysis of mission weight,index weight and mission support degree were carried out.The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combat capability of the US,Russia and China′s army equipment system is carried out,which can serve as a reference for the evaluation and development of the army equipment system capability.
