摘要
目前,长江泸州段渡船监管中存在管理水平不高、风险系数高等问题。根据长江海事局渡船监管"116"机制,本文利用大数据和人工智能手段,设计并构建渡船信息化监管系统,实现远程监管、预警发布、信息共享和数据分析等功能,从而满足监管部门、乘客以及运营船方等三方面的需求。
At present,there are problems such as low management level and high risk coefficient in the supervision of the ferry on the Luzhou section of the Changjiang River.According to the"116"mechanism of the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration's ferry supervision,this paper uses big data and artificial intelligence to design and build a ferry information supervision system,which realizes the functions of remote supervision,early warning release,information sharing and data analysis,so as to meet the needs of the regulatory authorities,passengers and ship operators.
