摘要
根据表面等离子体激元(Surface Plasmon Polaritons,SPPs)的相关理论,基于SPPs的金属纳米聚焦结构能突破衍射极限,使电磁场空间局域增强,极大地提高光源的光子流量,进而增强介质光吸收能力的特性。SPPs独特的光学特性,使其在太阳能电池、发光二极管(Light-Emitting Diode,LED)以及光电探测器等领域拥有巨大的应用前景。
This thesis analyses metal nano-focusing structure according to the theory of Surface Plasmon Polaritons(SPPs),the metal nano-focusing structure can break the diffraction limit,and enhance the local electromagnetic field,and increase greatly the photon flux of light source,then enhance the optical absorption capacity of the mediun.SPPs special optical properties have potential application value in the fields of solar cells、LED、photodetector and so on.
