摘要
在国内大基建及桥梁建造背景下,为明晰桥梁U肋板单元焊接技术全球的专利布局现状和竞争态势,本文以钢箱桥梁中的U肋板单元纵缝焊接为研究对象,结合专利申请信息、法律信息及市场信息,对该领域的全球专利申请趋势、布局地区、申请主体及发明人等进行分析,判断U肋板单元焊接技术的专利申请和竞争现状,推测未来发展方向,为市场主体专利布局方案设计及决策提供依据。
Under the background of domestic large foundation construction and bridge construction,in order to clarify the global patent layout and competition situation of bridge U-ribbed plate unit welding technology,this paper took the longitudinal seam welding of u-ribbed plate unit in steel box bridge as the research object,combined with patent application information,legal information and market information,analyzed the global patent application trend,layout area Analyze the applicant and the inventor,judge the patent application and competition status of u-ribbed plate unit welding technology,speculate the future development direction,and provide basis for patent layout scheme design and decision-making of market subjects.
