浅述“电子警察”的规范设置及使命回归

“电子警察”对规范行车秩序、保障道路畅通、预防交通事故功不可没。随着大数据、人工智能等新技术在交通技术监控中的不断融入应用,“电子警察”内涵正得到进一步深化。目前,我国已经初步建立了“电子警察”选型、安装、使用的技术体系。本文重点探讨“电子警察”适用的法律法规、具体的技术标准、规范的应用流程等要求,明确“电子警察”建设的初心使命。

Run-red-light camera plays an indispensable role in regulating traffic order,ensuring smooth traffic and preventing traffic accidents.With the continuous integration and application of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in traffic monitoring,the connotation of the run-red-light camera is being further deepened.At present,a technical system for the selection,installation and use of the red-light-camera has been initially established in China.This paper mainly discusses the requirements of applicable laws and regulations,specific technical standards and standardized application procedures for the run-red-light camera and makes clear the original mission of the run-red-light camera construction.
