摘要
《中国高考评价体系》对中学生法治意识的指标内涵作出了明确阐释,应将该指标内涵分解为具体的法治教育培养目标,即:树立宪法法律至上,法律面前人人平等的法治意识与规则理念;尊法、学法、守法、用法的法治素养;依法行使权利,履行义务,维护公平正义的法治思维。学校应通过开展契合学生学情的法治教育活动,采用更具针对性的法治教育手段,完善教材内容,构建专业师资队伍,评估法治教育质量等策略来促进中学生法治素养的生成和稳固。
The China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System clearly interprets the connotation of the index of the rule of law consciousness of middle school students.The connotation of the index should be broken down into specific legal education training goals,namely:the establishment of the constitution and the supremacy of the law,and the equality of everyone before the law.Rule concept,legal literacy of respecting the law,studying the law,observing the law,and using the rule of law;exercising rights in accordance with the law,fulfilling obligations,and maintaining fairness and justice.Through the development of law education activities in line with the students’academic conditions,the use of more targeted law education methods,and the improvement of teaching materials,the construction of professional teachers,and the evaluation of the quality of law education to promote the formation and stability of the law literacy of middle school students.
