农村留守儿童受心理虐待和忽视现状研究

Study on the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect of left-behind children and mental health

为了解农村留守儿童受心理受虐待和忽视现状及影响因素,并进一步探讨其与心理健康的关系,研究采用《儿童心理虐待与忽视量表》及《心理健康量表》对四川、贵州、云南三省600名农村留守儿童进行调查,研究发现:心理虐待与忽视普遍存在于农村留守儿童之中(虐待阳性率为68.7%,忽视阳性率为59%),其中责骂、情感忽视是农村留守儿童遭受到的最为常见的心理虐待、忽视类型;男性农村留守儿童受到的心理虐待与忽视显著高于女性;独居农村留守儿童在受忽视各维度上均显著高于其他居住类型;农村留守儿童受虐待和忽视情况各维度均与心理健康状况存在显著负相关。结论:农村留守儿童受心理虐待与忽视情况普遍存在,且显著降低了农村留守儿童心理健康水平。

In order to explore the status quo and infuncing factors of psychologicl abuse and neglect of left-behid children and its relactionship with their mental health.The study adopted“Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale”and“Mental Health Scale”to investigate 600 left-behind children in Sichuan,Guizhou and Yunnan provinces.The study found that psychological abuse and neglect are common among left-behind children(the positive rate of abuse is 68.7%and the positive rate of neglect is 59%).Among them,scolding and emotional neglect are the most common types of psychological abuse and neglect suffered by left-behind children;the psychological abuse and neglect suffered by male left-behind children are significantly higher than that of girls;the neglect of children living alone is more serious and significantly higher than other living types in all dimensions;all dimensions of abuse and neglect of left-behind children are significantly negatively correlated with mental health.Conclusion:Psychological abuse and neglect of left-behind children in rural areas are common,and significantly their menta heakth.
