By introducing a steam decreasing device into the intermittent fixed bed gasifier, not only the steam consumption is reduced, but also the steam decomposition rate is improved, and the problem of liquid rise of gas making circulating water is alleviated at the same time. Through the optimization and adjustment of process parameters, the technical retrofit has achieved good benefits.
