摘要
通过对山西晋丰煤化工有限公司合成鉍装置加压全低变废锅工艺进行节能挖潜技术改造,解决了在运行过程中高压蒸汽用量大和消耗高的问题,达到了减少蒸汽消耗,降低合成氨生产综合能耗的目的。
Through the energy saving and potential tapping technical retrofit of the pressurized full low conversion waste boiler process of synthetic ammonia unit in Shanxi Jinmei Tianyuan Chemical Company, the problems of high consumption of high pressure steam in the operation process are solved, and steam consumption are reduced. The purpose of comprehensive energy consumption reducing in synthetic ammonia production is achieved.
