废气回收对转化炉燃烧的影响

摘要 陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司甲醇联合装置,使用原料油田气经过一段蒸汽转化技术生成含有H_(2)、CO、CO_(2)的转化气,与净化煤基气,富氢气混合制得甲醇产品。甲烷转化反应在顶烧式转化炉内进行,以油田气为原料,充分回收DCC干气、MTO干气、膜分离非渗透气和闪蒸气为燃料。为满足甲烷转化反应的热量需求,另外加人油田气作为燃料气。经过回收其它几种废气后,大大的节约了油田气做为燃料气的使用,降低了甲烷转化装置的生产单耗,减少了废气在空气的排放,节约了经济成本的投人。 Shanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy Chemical company methanol combined plant use raw oil field gas to produce reformed gas containing H_(2), CO, and CO_(2) through one stage steam conversion technology. Methanol is produced from this reformed gas mixed with purified coal based gas and rich hydrogen gas. Methane conversion is carried out in a top burning reformer, using oilfield gas as raw material, fully recovering DCC dry gas, MTO dry gas, membrane separation non permeable gas and flash steam as fuel. In order to meet the heat demand of methane conversion reaction, oilfield gas is added as fuel gas. After the recovery of other kinds of waste gas, the use of oilfield gas as fuel gas is greatly saved, the consumption of methane conversion unit is reduced, the emission of waste gas to atmosphere is reduced, and the investment of economic cost is saved.
