循环流化床锅炉脱硝技改总结

摘要 论文分析了中原大化集团股份有限公司天然气装置的循环流化床锅炉的烟气排放运行现状,针对其运行中存在的问题,提出了锅炉脱硝技改方案,工艺方案为选择性非催化还原法(SNCR),利用氨水的还原性在非催化剂的情况下,在850℃高温环境中有选择性地与烟气中的氮氧化物(主要是NO和NO_(2))发生氧化还原反应,生成氮气和水,从而除去烟气中NO_(x)。对比了锅炉技改前、后的运行参数和技术性能,总结了技改后运行效果。 This paper analyzes the current situation of flue gas discharge and operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler in Zhongyuan Dahua Group Company, and puts forward a technical retrofit scheme for boiler denitrification in view of the problems existing during operation. The process plan is a selective non-catalytic reduction method(SNCR), using the reducibility of ammonia to selectively react with nitrogen oxides(mainly NO and NO_(2)) in the flue gas in a high temperature environment at 850℃ without a catalyst to generate nitrogen and water, so as to remove NO_(x) in the flue gas.The operation parameters and technical performance of boiler before and after technical retrofit are compared, and the operation effect after technical retrofit is summarized.
