脱硫除尘一体化超低排放项目改造

Upgrading of ultra-low emission projects for integrated desulfurization and dust removal

摘要 论文围绕循环流化床锅炉脱硫除尘改造展开,提出的锅炉脱硫除尘技改方案为氨法脱硫,对比了锅炉技改前、后的运行参数和技术性能,总结了技改后运行效果。技改后脱硫塔出口SO_(2)<35 mg/Nm^(3)(标态、干基、6%氧),总尘(含可溶尘)<5 mg/Nm^(3)(标态、干基、6%氧),当脱硫塔入口烟气中尘含量≤30 mg/Nm^(3)时,产品硫酸铵的质量达CB535-1995合格品标准,达到了国家排放标准。 This paper focuses on the reform of circulating fluidized bed boiler desulfurization and dust removal. The technical reform scheme of boiler desulfurization and dust removal is ammonia desulphurization. The operation parameters and technical performance of boiler before and after the technical reform are compared, and the operation effect after the technical reform is summarized. After the technical retrofit, the SO_(2) at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is <35 mg/Nm^(3)(standard condition, dry base, 6% oxygen), and the total dust(including soluble dust) is <5 mg/Nm^(3)(standard condition, dry base, 6% oxygen). When the dust content in the flue gas at the entrance of desulfurization tower is ≤30 mg/Nm^(3), the quality of ammonium sulfate products reach the qualified standard of GB535-1995 and reach the national emission standard.
