摘要
2020年6-7月淮河发生了流域性大洪水,河南南部和安徽等地出现大范围强降水,淮河干流部分河段超警戒水位。南湾水库库区连降7场暴雨,具有降雨场次多、历时长,入库流量大等特点,为建库以来罕见汛情。南湾水库利用水雨情自动测报系统实时监测和精准预报,合理调度洪水,减轻了洪水对下游城市和淮河干流防洪压力,发挥了水库防洪减灾效益。文章就2020年南湾水库暴雨洪水特点及洪水调度进行分析,对同类水库的安全运行及防洪调度具有参考价值。
From June to July in 2020,there was a basin-wide large flood in the Huai River,and a large-scale heavy precipitation occurred in southern Henan and Anhui. Some reaches of the main stream of the Huai River exceeded the warning level. The Nanwan Reservoir area had experienced 7 consecutive rainstorms,which have the characteristics of many rainfall events,long duration,and large flow into the reservoir,which are rare since the construction of the reservoir. Nanwan Reservoir utilized the automatic water and rain forecast system for real-time monitoring and accurate forecasting,and rationally dispatched the flood,which reduces the flood control pressure on the downstream cities and the mainstream of the Huai River,and give full play to the benefits of the reservoir flood control and disaster alleviation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the storm and flood of Nanwan Reservoir in 2020 and the flood dispatch,which has reference value for the safe operation and flood dispatching of similar reservoirs.
