大功引黄灌区引水渠建设的必要性和可行性

Necessity and Feasibility of Diversion Canal Construction in Dagong Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area

近几年,中国水资源愈加紧张,为了满足人们生产活动的要求,各项水利设施都在抓紧建设,而引水渠的建设就显得极为关键,能够更好地满足人们用水方面的要求。引水渠是水利工程中的重要渠道构筑物,起着输送水源、引水发电、农业灌溉等作用。引水渠又是整个灌区的渠首,规划与建设得是否合理,关系到灌区的灌溉效益和投资、施工和管理的难易程度等。然而,由于气象、地质以及人们的生产活动等因素会造成引水渠淤积等问题,会影响到引水渠发挥真正的作用,进而影响到引水功能,不能很好地满足人们用水要求。因此,为了提高水资源利用率,恢复下游渠道的灌溉功能,搞好农田水利基本建设,促进区域经济的健康持续发展,由封丘县财政预算安排对封丘县顺河街引水渠上段和于店引水渠进行改造。

In recent years,water resources in China are becoming more and more intense. In order to meet the requirements of people’s production activities,all water conservancy facilities are being constructed quickly,and the construction of diversion channel is very critical,which can better meet the requirements of people in water use. The diversion canal is an important channel structure in water conservancy project,which plays the role of transporting water source,water diversion and power generation,agricultural irrigation,etc. The diversion canal is also the head of the whole irrigation area. Whether the planning and construction is reasonable is related to the irrigation efficiency and the difficulty of investment,construction and management of the irrigation area. However,due to the influence of meteorology,geology and people ’s production activities,the siltion of diversion canal will be caused,which will affect the real function of the diversion channel and water diversion function,and can’t meet people’s water demand. Therefore,in order to improve the utilization of water resources,restore the irrigation function of downstream channels,improve the basic construction of farmland and water conservancy,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy,the upper section of Shunhe Street diversion canal and Yudian diversion channel in Fengqiu County are reconstructed according to the financial budget arrangement of Fengqiu County.
