黑龙江省水资源生态承载力模型的建构 被引量:2

Construction of Ecological Carrying Capacity Model of Water Resources in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 随着社会生产力的不断提高和人口数量不断增加,中国水资源日益稀缺,严重影响了中国经济水平的提高,为了促进中国经济的健康、可持续发展,现以黑龙江省地区为例,加强对该地区水资源生态承载力模型的构建。首先,针对黑龙江省地域特点,在综合考虑专家意见以及当地相关政策的基础上,选出八个评价指标,并采用AHP层次分析法,对各个指标的权重进行精确计算,以完成对黑龙江省水资源生态承载力模型的构建。结果表明:影响黑龙江省水资源生态承载力三大因素分别是生态环境、经济发展水平以及生活污水排放量。同时,黑龙江省水资源生态承载力逐渐呈现出不断上升趋势,由此可见,黑龙江省所开展的水资源治理工作取得了相应的成效。 With the continuous improvement of social productivity and the continuous increase of population,China’s water resources are increasingly scarce,which seriously affects the improvement of China’s economic level. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s economy,this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as an example to strengthen the construction of the ecological carrying capacity model of water resources. First of all,according to the regional characteristics of Heilongjiang Province,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of expert’s opinions and local policies,eight evaluation indexes are selected,and Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to accurately calculate the weight of each index,so as to complete the construction of ecological water resources carrying capacity model of Heilongjiang Province. The results show that the three major factors affecting the ecological carrying capacity of water resources in Heilongjiang Province are ecological environment,economic development level and domestic sewage discharge. At the same time,the ecological carrying capacity of water resources in Heilongjiang province gradually presents a rising trend,which shows that the water resources management work in Heilongjiang Province has achieved corresponding results.
