摘要
采用聚氨酯改性环氧树脂制备水工建筑物过流面耐老化抗冲击涂层材料,通过固化剂的筛选,骨料级配试验对耐老化抗冲击涂层的力学性能进行调节,涂层抗拉强度可达到20.52 MPa、断裂伸长率达到33.84%,抗冲击强度达到35.56 k J/m^(2),经过模拟耐老化试验,涂层材料耐老化性能良好,较常规的环氧涂层材料的力学性能有了明显的提高。研究开发的水工建筑物过流面耐老化抗冲击涂层材料可用于施工建筑物过流面的裂缝处理、缺陷修复以及抗冲击抗冲磨保护,具有广阔的应用前景。
The aging-resisitant and impact-resistant coating material for the overflow surface of hydraulic structures is prepared by polyurethane modified epoxy resin.The mechanical properties of the aging-resistant and impact-resistant coating are adjusted through the selection of curing agent and aggregate grading test,The tensile strength of the coating can reach 20.52 MPa,the elongation at break can reach 33.84%,and the impact strength can reach 35.56 k J/m2.Through the simulated anti-aging test,the anti-aging performance of the coating material is good,and the mechanical properties of the coating material are obviously improved compared with the conventional epoxy coating material.The anti-aging and anti impact coating material developed in this study can be used for crack treatment,defect repair and anti impact and anti abrasion protection of flow surface of hydraulic structures,and has broad application prospects.
