在水利工程的兴修建设过程中,施工测量工作至关重要,是保证施工顺利开展的首要工作;而其中的施工测量技术和测量工艺又起到了关键性的决定作用,其测量成果直接影响水利工程建设项目的质量等级。鉴于施工测量对水利工程的重要性,以西洞庭沙河水系综合治理工程为工程实例,重点阐述了水利工程施工测量技术、施工测量所遵循的原则,同时对工程中施工测量与放样各个过程中的细节以及技术问题进行了探讨,还对施工测量过程中如何加强施工测量控制进行了论述,以保证施工测量质量。

In the construction process of water conservancy project,construction survey is very important,which is the primary work to ensure the smooth development of the construction. Among construction survey,the construction measurement technology and measurement process play the decisive role. The survey results directly affect the quality level of water conservancy projects. In view of the importance of the construction survey to water conservancy project,taking the comprehensive control project of Sha River System in West Dongting as an example,the construction survey technology and the principles of construction survey for water conservancy projects are expounded emphatically. At the same time,the details and technical problems in the process of construction survey and lofting are discussed. Finally,the problem about how to strengthen the control of construction survey in the process is discussed in order to ensure the quality of construction survey.
