摘要
梳理了教师开展线上教学所面临的困境,以积极心理学理论为指导,探索出疫情期间教师开展线上教学出现负面情绪的心理调适策略。
This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by teachers in online teaching, and explores the psychological adjustment strategies of teachers’ negative emotions in online teaching during the epidemic period under the guidance of positive psychology theory.
