2020年驻马店市石材加工企业职业卫生现状调查分析

Survey and analysis on present situation of occupational health of stone processing enterprises in Zhumadian in 2020

目的通过对驻马店市石材加工企业的职业危害现状抽样调查,了解该市石材加工企业职业病防治现状,为开展职业健康保护工作提供依据。方法分层随机抽取驻马店市21家石材加工企业,职业卫生状况问卷调查后,检测其统计方法、检验水准、职业危害因素。采用Excel 2017软件对数据进行处理、分析。结果21家企业的职业危害因素主要为粉尘和噪声,其中只有3家(14.29%)设有防尘防噪声操作室,7家(33.33%)配备合格的防尘口罩,13家(61.90%)建立职业卫生管理制度,6家(28.57%)对工人进行职业健康检查。工作场所职业危害因素现场监测游离二氧化硅质量分数最高为57.2%,小切岗位的粉尘和噪声均不符合国家职业卫生接触限值。结论驻马店市石材加工企业噪声、粉尘超标严重,需要点线面结合的职业卫生保护,强化职业卫生监督管理,切实保护劳动者身体健康。

Objective To understand the current situation of occupational disease prevention of stone processing enterprises through sampling survey in Zhumadian City,and provide references for occupational health protection.Methods 21 stone processing enterprises were selected through stratified random sampling,questionnaire investigation on occupational health management was conducted,and occupational hazards were measured.Excel 2017 was employed for data analysis and processing.Results The main occupational hazards included dusts and onoise.In these enterprises,only 3(14.29%)had rooms for dusts and onoise prevention;7 provided qualified dust masks;13(61.90%)established occupational health management systems;occupational physical examinations were conducted in 6(28.57%)enterprises.The maximum value of free silica in dust was 57.2%.The dust concentration and noise in small cut posts did not meet the requirements of national occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The results of dust and noise exceeded permitted levels seriously in these enterprises.To protect the health of workers,we need strengthened occupational health supervision and protection.
