广西13家小型水泥生产企业作业人员皮肤损害检查结果分析

Analysis on Skin Check Results of Cementers in 13 Small Cement Plants in Guangxi

目的对广西13家小型水泥厂接尘作业员工进行职业外科体检,了解小型水泥厂接尘作业员工皮肤受损情况及可能的影响因素。方法2018-05/11选取5679名员工分组作为检查对象,生产线作业人员4683人为接尘组,办公管理、后勤996人为行政组,分别进行常规职业外科皮肤检查。检查结果用SPSS 22.0统计软件分别进行χ2检验、Kruskal Wallis H检验进行统计学分析。结果接尘组皮肤损害检出率为20.12%,皮肤损害类型前3位的依次为:体癣(16.57%)、湿疹(9.80%)、足部皲裂(9.12%),工作岗位、年龄、工龄是影响疾病发生的因素。行政组皮肤损害检出率为8.53%,皮肤损害类型前3位的依次为:体癣(6.83%)、湿疹(4.52%)、足部皲裂(4.12%)。两组检出率进行两两比较,发病检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小型水泥厂接尘作业员工职业皮肤病发生率较高,在职业外科体检应予以重视。

Objective To conduct occupational surgical health examination on dust exposed workers in13 small cement plants in Guangxi and to know the damage to the skin and possible influencing factors of dust exposed workers in small cement plants.Methods From May 2018 to November 2018,5679 employees were selected as the subjects to be performed occupational surgical skin examination,with 4683 production line workers in the dust-exposed group and 996 office management and logistics workers in the administrative group.Chi-square test and Kruskal Wallis H test were used by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results The detection rate of skin damage in the dust-exposed group was 20.12%.The top 3 types of skin damage were body ringworm(16.57%),eczema(9.80%)and cracked feet(9.12%).The work position,age and length of service were the factors affecting the occurrence of the disease.The detection rate of skin damage in the administrative group was 8.53%.The top 3 types of skin damage were body ringworm(6.83%),eczema(4.52%)and cracked feet(4.12%).A comparison between the detection rates of the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of skin diseases of dust exposed workers in small cement plants is quite high,and attention should be paid to the occupational surgical examination.
