2020年全国谷子区域试验(东北春谷区组)四元联系数多因素态势排序分析

摘要 采用四元联系数多因素态势排序分析法对2020年全国谷子品种区域适应性联合鉴定试验东北春谷区组进行了分析,并将其分析结果与方差分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,四元联系数多因素态势排序分析法与传统的方差分析结果存在着某些差异。除嫩选18、豫杂谷2号位次不变外,其余品种位次均有不同程度的上升或下降,以公谷86和安16h-8211上升位次最多,上升了10个位次;而龙豫谷38和陕豫谷3号下降位次最多,均下降了7个位次。这种不同主要由方差分析法仅考虑产量一个因素,而四元联系数多因素态势排序分析法则综合考虑多个因素所致。由此说明,四元联系数多因素态势排序分析法可综合考虑多个性状,对品种的评价更客观、合理与科学,建议在育种工作中推广应用。 The analysis method of multivariate situation ranking for quaternion connection coefficient were used to analyze the northeast spring valley group of the joint appraisal experiments of regional adaptability of millet varieties in China in 2020,and the analysis results were compared with the variance analytical results. The results showed that, there were some differences between the analysis method of multivariate situation ranking for quaternion connection coefficient and the traditional variance analysis. Except Nenxuan 18 and Yuzagu 2, the ranking of other varieties increased or decreased in varying degrees, the ranking of Gonggu 86 and An 16 h-8211 increased the most(10 places), and the ranking of Longyugu 38 and Shanyugu 3 decreased most(7 places). This difference was mainly due to the fact that the variance analysis only considered single factor of yield, while the analysis method of multivariate situation ranking for quaternion connection coefficient comprehensively considered multiple factors. It indicated that the analysis method of multivariate situation ranking for quaternion connection coefficient could comprehensively consider multiple traits, and the evaluation of varieties was more objective, reasonable and scientific. It is suggested that this method should be popularized and applied in breeding.
