摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮是由镰刀真菌产生的一种非甾体类真菌毒素,大量分布于玉米、大麦、小麦、高粱等作物中,对动物和人体健康造成严重危害。本文综述了玉米赤霉烯酮的理化性质、毒性危害和检测方法,总结了物理吸附剂对玉米赤霉烯酮吸附脱毒效果等,以期为减轻玉米赤霉烯酮的危害提供参考。
Zearalenone is a non-steroidal mycotoxin produced by fusarium fungi, which is widely distributed in corn, barley,wheat, sorghum and other crops, causing serious harm to animals and human health. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, toxicity harms and detection methods of zearalenone were reviewed, and the adsorption and detoxification effects of physical adsorbent on zearalenone were summarized, in order to provide reference for reducing the harm of zearalenone.
