基于利益相关者有效对话的校本评价

摘要 校本评价关注和倾听学校利益相关者的诉求,是对现代教育治理的重要回应和保障。解释学是校本评价的重要哲学依据,为理解和实施校本评价提供了视角:对话是解释学的核心,它要求去对象化或客观化,主张"我—你"的主体间关系,通过不断对话,校本评价的利益相关者可实现视域融合。第四代评价正是以解释学为哲学基础发展而来的,其核心要素是回应、协商和建构,它们都是对话的过程。因此,校本评价可以借鉴这3个核心要素促进利益相关者之间进行有效对话,这种多元主体间的对话关系,主要体现在教师与学生之间、同伴之间、学校和第三方评价人员之间的对话以及自我对话上。 The attention of the school-based assessment and listen to the demands of school stakeholders,which is an important response and guarantee to modern education governance.Hermeneutics is an important philosophical basis for school-based assessment,which provides a perspective for the understanding and implementation of school-based assessment:dialogue is the core of hermeneutics;it promotes de-objectification or objectification,advocates the relationship between"I—You"subjects,and achieves the fusion of horizons through continuous dialogue.The fourth generation of assessment is based on hermeneutics.Its core elements are response,negotiation and construction.They are all the process of dialogue.Therefore,school-based assessment can learn from these three core elements to promote effective dialogue among stakeholders.The relationship between stakeholders is a dialogue between multiple subjects,which is mainly reflected in the dialogue between teachers and students,peers,schools and third-party personnel,as well as self dialogue.
