摘要
目的探讨骨腱愈合过程中病灶区Micro CT的变化,以及红花黄色素对骨腱愈合的影响。方法24只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组于术中局部应用红花黄色素注射液,对照组局部使用生理盐水;构建前交叉韧带重建模型后,两组分别于术后4、8周各处死6只大白兔,借助苏木精-伊红(HE)染色和Mi-cro CT进行观察和评价。结果组内比较:在不同时间点之间骨体积分数(BV/TV)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其变化的时相规律为术后逐渐增强,第8周时最高;组间比较:在损伤修复不同时间点,实验组BV/TV明显高于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组在术后各时间点纤维软骨带的细胞生长、胶原纤维及腱细胞排列比对照组更为整齐。结论红花黄色素对兔前交叉韧带重建术后的骨腱愈合有积极作用。
Objective To confirmed the MicroCT’s changes and the histopathologic changes of the bone-tendon healing,and to investigate the effect of safflower yellow(SY)in the process of the bone-tendon healing.Methods 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The SY was applied to the surface of the tendon graft in the experimental group during the intraoperative period.The nomal saline was used in the control group.A bone-tendon healing model was used,and stereology,biomechanics were employed to assess the benefits of local application of SY for the healing.Results The result of the bone volume fraction(BV/TV)showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the 4 th week group and 8 th week group.The BV/TV level gradually increased after the operation as time went on,which was the highest at the 8 th week.At different time points of damage repair,the BV/TV of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The cell growth,collagen fibers and tendon cells arrangement of the fibrocartilage zone in the experimental group were more orderly than those in the control group at various time points after surgery.Conclusion Safflor yellow has a positive effect on tendon healing after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in rabbits.
