摘要
受电容器充放电时间常数、电磁式机械翻牌动作时间的限制,以及放电电流的波形差异的影响,实际运行放电计数器存在不可靠动作的问题,尤其是难以记录多重雷击作用下的动作情况,给过电压分析、避雷器动作状态的评估带来困难。因此,笔者在分析传统放电计数器动作特性基础上,提出改进计数器动作特性的脉冲电流提取方法,设计了相应的脉冲电流测量线圈和信号提取电子电路,实测了信号测量线圈和电子电路的准确性。试验证明,该电流提取线圈能可靠还原冲击电流陡波、标准雷电波和操作波电流波形,误差小于0.2%;电子电路能快速记录间隙时间不小于20 ms放电脉冲序列,可有效解决多重雷击作用下的放电计数器动作记录问题。
Due to the limitation of capacitor charging and discharging time constant, electromagnetic mechanical flip action time and the difference of discharge current waveform, the operation of arrester monitor has the problem of unreliable operation, especially it is difficult to record the operation under multiple lightning, which makes it difficult to analyze the over-voltage and evaluate the state of arrester. Therefore, based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of the traditional arrester monitor, the author proposes a pulse current extraction method to improve the operation characteristics of the arrester monitor,and designs pulse current measurement coil and signal extraction electronic circuit, and measures the accuracy of the signal measurement coil and electronic circuit. The test shows that the current extraction coil can reliably reduction impulse waveform of steep impulse, standard lighting impulse, and operation impulse with an error of less than 0. 2%;the electronic circuit can quickly record the discharge pulse sequence with a gap time of no less than 20 ms, which can effectively solve the problem of operation recording of arrester monitor under the action of multiple lightning.
