电瓷低温灰蓝釉配方的研制与应用

摘要 因生产中使用的灰蓝釉配方均采用锆系釉,具有高温粘度大,烧成温度高的特点;而坯料烧成温度低,产品烧成温度不能太高,造成灰蓝釉产品因烧成温度低而出现窑后流痕、缩釉,桔釉、表面不平整等现象,影响产品的外观。所以,需研制与坯料烧成温度匹配的低温电瓷灰蓝釉配方。 Because the gray-blue glaze formula used in the production adopts zirconium glaze, it has the characteristics of high temperature viscosity and high firing temperature. But the blank firing temperature is low, the product firing temperature should not be too high;due to the low firing temperature, the gray-blue glaze products show the phenomenon of flow marks after the kiln,the shrinkage of the glaze,orange glaze, uneven surface etc., affecting the appearance of the product. It is necessary to develop a low temperature electric porcelain firing temperature matching the blank firing temperature of the gray and blue glaze formula.
