焊缝形式及分布对铝合金储气筒耐压性的影响

摘要 随着汽车轻量化的发展,铝合金材料的应用越来越广泛,汽车铝化率也在逐步提高。汽车用铝合金储气筒是最早一批进行钢铝转化的产物,而铝合金储气筒的安全性能也受到了极为广泛的关注。本文通过储气筒上的焊缝形式及分布不同位置的试验,分析其对储气筒耐压性的影响,从而为后续的产品优化奠定可靠的基础。 With the development of automobile lightweight, the application of aluminum alloy material is more and more extensive, and the rate of automobile aluminization is also gradually increasing. Automobile aluminum alloy gas storage cylinder is the earliest batch of products for steel and aluminum conversion, and the safety performance of aluminum alloy gas storage cylinder has been widely concerned. In this paper, through the test of the weld form and distribution at different positions on the gas storage cylinder, the influence on the pressure resistance of the gas storage cylinder is analyzed, which lays a reliable foundation for the subsequent product optimization.
