Responsibilities and mission of the Public Health System in promoting the development of Healthy China

为促进健康中国的发展,提高中国人民的健康水平,中国政府于2016年发布了《健康中国2030规划纲要》。目前中国公共卫生体系的建设和发展能否促进健康中国战略的实施,还需要进一步评价。本研究通过总结当前中国公共卫生发展取得的成就和面临的挑战,归纳体系建设存在的短板和结构性矛盾,梳理提出中国公共卫生体系建设的政策建议,以期在推进健康中国建设过程中更好地发挥公共卫生体系作用。

In order to promote the development of Healthy China and improve the health of the Chinese people, the Chinese government released the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan in 2016. However, whether current construction and development of public health system in China can promote the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy or not needs to be further evaluated. In the study, we summarize the achievements and challenges in the development of the public health system in China, draw conclusions about the weakness and structural contradiction in the process, and propose relevant policy recommendations in order to bring into better play the role of the public health system.
