摘要
随着新冠疫情的爆发,各个医院开设的互联网医院迅速兴起,远程医疗得到了极大的推动与发展。近年来智能设备的更新换代和数字化医疗的发展,远程医疗穿戴设备与互联网医院的结合越来越紧密。线下病人尤其是老年病人的出院随访在过去甚至可能未来相当一段时间都是靠人工打电话来完成的。而病人在随访之前可能身体有不适而需要咨询,却因为不方便去医院问诊,有时甚至会产生心理恐慌。本文设计了一种基于互联网医院的诊疗随访聊天机器人。该诊疗随访机器人使用人工智能和机器学习算法,可以通过读取远程可穿戴设备上的病人信息,来给与病人病情评估和护理建议,可以较为迅速地给出院病人尤其是中老年病人的诊疗建议,维护了医患间的关系,提高了满意度,也极大地减轻了医生的压力。医生也可以通过随访机器人的聊天记录及时地了解病人信息并给与更准确的建议。
With the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,Internet hospitals opened by various hospitals have rapidly risen,and telemedicine has been greatly promoted and developed.In recent years,with the upgrading of smart devices and the development of digital medical treatment,the integration of remote medical wearable devices and Internet hospitals has become increasingly close.The discharge follow-up of offline patients,especially elderly patients,has been completed by manual telephone calls in the past and possibly for quite some time in the future.Before the follow-up,the patient may have physical discomfort and need consultation,but because it is not convenient to go to the hospital for consultation,sometimes even psychological panic may occur.This paper designs a medical follow-up chat robot based on Internet hospitals.The medical follow-up robot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to read patient information on remote wearable devices to give patient condition assessment and care advice,and can give hospital patients,especially middle-aged and elderly patients,faster diagnosis and treatment advice It maintains the relationship between doctors and patients,improves satisfaction,and greatly reduces the pressure on doctors.Doctors can also learn about patient information in a timely manner and give more accurate suggestions through the chat records of the follow-up robot.
