察尔森水电站2号机组定子单相接地故障分析与处理 被引量:1

摘要 水轮发电机定子线圈接地故障的常规处理方法工期长、费用高。察尔森水电站技术人员在不进行转子吊出的情况下,采用新技术、新工艺“跨接方式”对定子线圈接地故障进行了分析与处理。经72 h并网试运行,在额定出力及超发情况下,定子线圈三相电流、温度等技术参数均在规定范围内,水轮发电机具备长期运转条件。此次故障的成功处理,具有较高的实用及应用价值,为国内外水轮发电机定子线圈接地故障处理提供经验借鉴。 The conventional treatment method of stator coil grounding fault of hydrogenerator is long construction period and high cost.The technical staff of Chaersen Hydropower Plant analyzes and deals with the grounding fault of stator coil by using new technology and new process"jumper mode"without lifting out the rotor.After 72 h grid connection test,under the condition of rated output and overgeneration,the stator coil three-phase current,temperature and other technical parameters are within the specified range,indicating that the hydro-generator has long-term operation conditions..The successful treatment of the fault has higher practical and application value,and provides experience for the treatment of stator coil grounding fault of hydro-generator at home and abroad.
