摘要
以亲水白炭黑为原料,采用高碳醇进行疏水改性,研究白炭黑的改性效果。考察反应原料比、反应时间和改性剂类型对颗粒改性的影响。结果表明:当分散剂为环己烷时,在80℃下,最佳原料的质量比(十二醇/白炭黑)为1∶1,最佳反应时长4 h,此时改性颗粒接触角为118.5°,颗粒接枝率为37.09%。不同链长的高碳醇改性的颗粒疏水性较为接近,接触角为118°~131°,颗粒接枝率随着高碳醇碳链的增加逐渐降低。
The hydrophobic modification of hydrophilic silica with high carbon alcohol was studied.The influence of the ratio of reaction raw materials,reaction time and type of modifier on the modification of particles was investigated.Results showed that the best reaction conditions were that dispersant of cyclohexane,80℃,the best raw material mass ratio(dodecanol/silica)of 1∶1,and the best reaction time of 4 h.The contact angle of the modified particles was 118.5°,and the particle grafting rate was 37.09%.The hydrophobicity of the high alcohol modified particles with different chain lengths were relatively close,the contact angle ranged from 118°to 131°,and the grafting rate of particles decreased with the increase of carbon chain of high alcohols.
