摘要
以液体石蜡为原料,采用复合乳化剂吐温-60、司潘-60制备了高固含量液体石蜡纳米乳液,并利用单因素法研究了配方组成、乳化时间、乳化温度和搅拌转速对乳液性能的影响,结果发现:液体石蜡、吐温-60、司潘-60和乳化水的最佳质量比为25∶3.0∶2.0∶30,适宜的制备条件为乳化时间6 min、乳化温度103℃、搅拌转速1200 r/min。在该条件下制得的高固含量液体石蜡乳液的平均粒径为0.261μm、固含量为51.13%、黏度为160 mPa·s,且乳液在5、45℃的条件下放置30 d未分层。
A high solid content liquid paraffin nanoemulsion was prepared with liquid paraffin as the raw material,Span-60 and Tween-60 as the emulsifiers.The influences of ingredient content,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature and stirring speed on the properties of the nanoemulsion were investigated by single-factor method.The optimal conditions were determined to be as follows:m(liquid paraffin)∶m(Tween-60)∶m(Span-60)∶m(water)=25∶3.0∶2.0∶30,emulsifying time of 6 min,emulsifying temperature of 103℃and stirring speed of 1200 r/min.Under these conditions,mean particle size,solid content and viscosity of the nanoemulsion were 0.261μm,51.13%and 160 mPa·s respectively.In addition,the nanoemulsion was not stratified under the conditions of 5℃and 45℃for 30 days.
