阴、阳离子表面活性剂构筑蠕虫状胶束体系性能研究

摘要 在三次采油技术中,聚合物-表面活性剂二元复合驱技术被广泛应用。蠕虫状胶束是表面活性剂分子形成的特殊形态胶束,其兼有增黏性能和界面活性,形成的黏弹性体系被称为黏弹性表面活性剂。本文使用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配构筑蠕虫状胶束体系VES-1,在矿化度为20000 mg/L、温度为35℃时,仍然具有良好的增黏性能;该体系与普通聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和疏水缔合聚合物(HAWP)混合后,能够增强体系黏度。驱油实验表明:HPAM、HAWP与蠕虫状胶束体系复配后,采收率分别增加4.3%和3.8%。 Polymer-surfactant flooding is widely used in tertiary oil recovery technology.Worm-like micelles are special micelles formed by surfactant molecules,which have both viscoelastic properties and interfacial activity.The viscoelastic system formed by Worm-like micelles is called viscoelastic surfactant(VES).In this paper,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)were used to construct a worm-like micelle system of VES-1.The system still had good viscosity increasing ability when the salinity was 20000 mg/L and the temperature was 35℃.Mixture with HPAM and HAWP could enhance the viscosity of the system.The oil displacement experiment results showed that the oil recovery of HPAM and HAWP with the worm-like micellar system could be increased by 4.3%and 3.8%,respectively.
