文化民主视域下百年来我国文化现代化发展进路分析

Analysis of the Development of China’s Cultural Modernization in the Past Century From the Perspective of Cultural Democracy

五四新文化运动以文化变革为先手,引领着此后中国革命发展新方向。这一爱国革命运动高举科学与民主的两面大旗,其中文化民主是民主旗帜的重要内容。一百多年来,文化民主从反对封建文化专制开始,历经反对国民党文化专制、反对资产阶级及修正主义文化专政,到形成中国特色社会主义先进文化这样四个鲜明的阶段。在新时代,重视和深刻理解文化民主对于增强国家文化软实力和文化自信、促进我国社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、实现社会主义文化现代化具有重大意义。

The May 4 th New Culture Movement took the cultural change as the first step and led the new direction of the development of the Chinese revolution. This patriotic revolutionary movement held high the two banners of science and democracy,in which cultural democracy is an important part of the banner of democracy. For more than 100 years,cultural democracy went through four distinct stages:beginning with the opposition to feudal cultural autocracy,followed by the opposition to the cultural autocracy of the Kuomintang,the opposition to the cultural autocracy of the bourgeoisie revisionism,and the formation of an advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. In the new era,attaching importance to and deeply understanding cultural democracy are of great significance for enhancing national cultural soft power and cultural self-confidence,promoting the great development and prosperity of China’s socialist culture and realizing socialist cultural modernization.
