论古代中医专科词汇的特点、研究价值与文化史意义——以《医心方》为讨论中心

Research on the Characteristics,Value and Significance in Cultural History of Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialized Vocabulary——Taking IshinPo as an Example

中医学科是植根于中国文化、最具中国特点的学科。中医专科词汇是人类社会集体智慧的结晶,数量丰富,既是汉语词汇的重要组成部分,又有别于普通词汇,具有自身鲜明的特点。《医心方》中的中医专科词汇,其特点主要表现在全民性与专业性兼具、系统性与综合性明显、明确性与模糊性共存等方面。同时,从语言学、词典学、文化学等角度来看,《医心方》中的中医专科词汇在构建汉语词汇史、词汇语义研究、辞书编纂修订以及文化交流等方面,均具有重要的历史价值和文化史意义。

The discipline of traditional Chinese medicine is rooted in Chinese culture and has the most Chinese characteristics. The specialized traditional Chinese medicine vocabulary with abundant quantity is the collective wisdom of human society. It is not only an important part of Chinese vocabulary,but also different from ordinary vocabulary. It has its own distinctive characteristics. Taking IshinPo as an example,this paper analyzes the specialized vocabulary of traditional Chinese medicine,and points out that it has both national and professional characteristics,obvious systematicness and comprehensiveness,coexistence of clarity and fuzziness. From the perspective of linguistics,lexicography and culturology,Ishinpo expounds the value of traditional Chinese medicine specialized vocabulary in the construction of Chinese vocabulary history,the study of lexical semantics,the compilation and revision of dictionaries and culture exchange.
